Vehicle passes over metal detectors loop and as per the classification of metal detector the signals trigger the cameras via RCU processor to get activate for photograph shoot and vehicle photograph is taken.
Then vehicle passes through twin parallel towers of RCU, where vehicle gets scan by infrared curtain (Scanning speed 300 scan/sec), after completion of scanning process, RCU sends RS232 signals to the converter that converts theses RS232 signals into RS485/RS422 and sends the data to lane PC, which is input for the Image processing Software.
The image processing software classifies the data and identifies vehicle class as Output. This output of classification is input to TMS for further toll transactions such as automatic ticket printing, to be done on Toll Management System (TMS), which operates on Client - Server technology.
This entire process is done in only 3 seconds thus making it most advanced “Pre-Auditing Toll solution” present so far. |
